A Day In Bowral
Earlier this year we got to be a part of a mega shoot, a day down in Bowral for a 'Boudoir Shoot’ was what we were told, and really, what more could you ask for. Romance, sensuality & moody hues was our brief, and we were jumping at the chance to bring this to life. We hit the markets, filled the van with all of our styling wares and travelled down to stunning Bowral to make what turned out to be nothing other than magic. With some of our favourite industry friends & creatives, we created the dreamiest, lux-iest editorial that was also recently featured on Style Me Pretty (thanks guys!).
This intimate photo shoot was held at The Rift Estate, Bowral where we styled a wedding day from pre-ceremony, ceremony & reception. From one super lux bouquet for the bride & complimentary buttonhole for the groom, to our two post arbour for the ceremony that nestled perfectly under the beautiful cascading branches of the trees in the estate, the mood was truly set. Over reception, we created an intimate table setting of blooms, blush coloured dinnerware, gunmetal grey cutlery, linen tablecloths & matching napkins, finished off with the sweetest touch of native black grass tied around each napkin. Our floral choices for the day were Cymbidium Orchids in the palest of pink, locally grown White & Absolute roses and our all time favourite foliage, Smoke Bush.
