Venue: Palm House, Royal Botanical Gardens Sydney
Brief: Provide ceremony styling to the Palm House, inside the Royal Botanical Gardens of Sydney for one of our favourite couples, Liz & Alex. The space was an empty canvas and the clients were so laid back they let us do whatever we wanted, we just had a few small requirements to the brief.......timber, natives & lots of greenery......pretty much the best brief EVER!
With a guest list of 60pax, we knew Liz & Alex were all about family & close friends and that they wanted a simple, stylish, casual & down to earth set-up, which of course matched there effortless style and calmness as a couple, pretty much two of the biggest legends we've had the pleasure of working with to date....and we really mean that! We created a suspended greenery piece filled with all kinds of native green's, a back drop of cascading palms & greenery from the floor to sky-high, and then a signing table to die-for, which was spilling out with our favourite natives & colourful fresh blooms, paired back with our in-house rattan 2 seater & matching coffee table in natural. The guests were seated on our in-house timber bench seats and they all held our custom made rose petal cones filled with soft, fluffy & white rose petals, hand-picked by yours truly.
We wish them an uber amount of happiness and we can't wait to see them grow old and conquer the world together as Mr & Mrs Avalos. Big Love from the Poco Uno Crew xx
